Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR compliant?

All data is hosted in Germany (Frankfurt region) on EU infrastructure. Fully compliant with EU GDPR and German BDSG. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) signed on request for Enterprise customers.

Does the app support Arabic and right-to-left layout?

Yes — full RTL UI in Arabic, plus English and German interfaces. Built for KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the EU markets from day one.

How is this different from a free Google Form or generic checklist app?

Google Forms cannot work offline, GPS-stamp photos, annotate images, score severity, assign defects to subcontractors, generate branded Word reports, or audit-lock timestamps. Yes — Project Pro and Enterprise plans. Upload your branded Word template once, every report generates from it. No design fee, no setup charge.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Full export in JSON, Excel and PDF before you cancel. Data is deleted from our servers 30 days after cancellation (GDPR Article 17). No "lock-in" tactics.
